Who are we?

PyGirls is a BCG initiative dedicated to empowering young girls around the globe through education in programming and technology. Our mission is to equip girls with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in STEM fields. We provide a fun and engaging curriculum in which we focus on Python programming that builds not just knowledge but also self-confidence and community.

How can you join?

Partnering with PyGirls means being part of a network that actively shapes the technological landscape to be more inclusive. As a partner, you can engage in various forms:

• Participants: Invite employees across your organization to sign up their daughters to a PyGirls session (e.g., via internal communication or events)
• Volunteers: Share your expertise by inviting employees to teach and mentor or support additional behind-the-scenes lesson support (e.g., as part of your volunteering policy)
• Communication: Spread the word about PyGirls to your network via shared social media communication or newsletter features
